How long will shipping take?

Please keep in mind, that even though we will try our best to get your order processed to be delivered to you as soon as possible, once it is with Australia Post, it is out of our hands.
When will my order be processed?
We aim to have your order processed within 24-48 hours. Within this time, you should receive a shipped email with tracking details.
If you’re on a time limit with an upcoming holiday or event, please leave a note in the notes section.
We’d love to do all we can to ensure you get your order within the required timeframe!
If you have an urgent order, please leave a note in the notes section, we will try our best to get it processed before Australia Post collects the orders for the day.
What if I don’t see the style, colour or size I am looking for?
We do make every effort possible to maintain ample supply of our stock. However, when we run out of stock, these items are removed from our website and are no longer currently available for ordering.
You may find the product you are looking for is in production and will be available soon. In this case, please email us your requirements and we will get back to you on its future availability.
If the item you are looking at is in the “last chance” section, get it while you can if your size is there, because they won’t be back!
Can I collect my order?
We generally steer away from collections as we are a little difficult to find and after orders are processed for the day, our team do work from home at times.
If you are Sydney metro, we can express ship your order, chances are you’ll receive it the very next day.
Just let us know in the notes section and we will upgrade your order to free express shipping!
How can I send someone a gift?
